Lawn Care Technician:  $16 to $19 start. Paid Lunch. 20 to 40 hours Per week. 

Team Leader wages between $20 to $25

Requirements:

• Experience preferred but not necessary. 

• Must have a smartphone to punch into software that logs hours and track's location.

• Must be able to walk up to 2 to 8 miles a day holding a 10-pound trimmer or using a push mower. It is not guaranteed you will be on a zero turn.

• Must have valid driver's license and be able to pass a drug test.

• must be able to work in the elements and take care of one's self.

• Must have stamina physically and mentally to complete the full day.

• Must be able to use common sense and have the ability to adapt.

• Must have an Efficiency mindset.
